Church Websites

All churches today must consider the value in having a website of their own. More than 100 million adults in North America are connected
to the World Wide Web. It is getting harder and harder to find churches without Internet access or their own Web sites.

Why should our church consider putting up a website?

1) A church website can be used to spread the good news of Jesus Christ.
You never know who will find your site and read about who Christ is and what His death on the cross did for us.

2) A church website can be used to let others know who you are and what your church is about.
A website gives others a peak inside your church - from the safety of their own home.

3) A church website can be used to keep missionaries from your area informed.
Missionaries can stay connected by keeping up with news and information from home with just a click.

4) A church website can be used to quickly and inexpensively circulate materials.
Newsletters and/or bulletins can be put on the web each week and those absent from church can be kept up-to-date.

5) A church website can be used to share Bible studies and devotionsals.
These can be put online as a ministry to others.

6) A church website can be used to communicate.
Important information can reach much of your congregation quickly, and forms can make it easy for others to contact your church with
questions, concerns and needs.
